Booking Policy
All clients are asked to pay a 50% deposit when booking, this must be paid before the treatment takes place & is payable by paypal or bank transfer.
Deposits are non-refundable, if you can’t make your appointment please inform us no less than 48 hours prior to your appointment so we can try to move your appointment.
The remainder of the treatment cost is to be paid on the day of the appointment, we accept PayPal, Cash or bank transfer.
No Shows - any clients that no show to their appointment will be blocked from the booking system & will be unable to book in for future treatments.
Lash & Brow Treatments
All new clients are required to come in for a patch test 24-48 hours prior to any tinting, lash lift or brow lamination treatments.
Any changes in health or medication will require a new patch test, as well as any clients that have not been in for any of these treatments in 6 months or more.
Unfortunately pregnant or breastfeeding mothers ca not have a lash lift.
